Shipping + When will I be charged for my pledge?
Payments do not get charged immediately! You will only be charged at the end of the campaign as long as it has reached its funding goal . If the campaign does not reach its funding goal, you will not be charged.
A reminder that shipping is charged separately once the products are ready to go out.
Please do your best to make sure you’re aware of the campaign’s end time so that you are properly prepared. Edit Shipping cost? Multiple sets or quantities over 8 pins might be subject to slightly higher rates due to weight.**. Heavier weighted prices are marked within parentheses

Refund policy
I don’t offer direct refunds on orders.
However if there is an issue with your order and you reach out to us within a week of it arriving we are happy to help you exchange pieces or replace them should they arrive damaged.
Shipping on replacements is covered by us ONLY if the parcel never arrives and is completely lost or is severely damaged.
Refunds are not covered for things like colors looking slightly different from the artwork. Sale photos are always shared in updates about the physical look of designs before shipment.
We require photographic proof of damage and a note with the date on it in the images.
If the items needs be exchanged for any other purpose the buyer is responsible for secondary shipping.

Purchases after the campaign ends
I will have a preorder shop open for roughly two weeks after the campaign ends is initially over.

EU and UK backers
When available
Pledges for the over all the UK are available as a placeholder pledge here ( link tbd ) , and final listing through Etsy link to more easily cover VAT and other fees.
If you live within the USA or other country please refrain from using this tier.
For those in the EU, I unfortunately can’t ship there. The GPSR law requiring all businesses to have an EU legal representative and include trackable safety information with every non-food item. We are a very small artist collective, and because of this the three of us must follow this law. Perhaps one day we’ll have some significant change where we can comfortably ship to you again.
For my UK backers ,please be prepared to pay any and all customs and taxes on your orders

If you missed surveys or payment deadlines
You have a three month window between the end of the campaign to correct any issues with your payments.
The three month window is very strict because during this time it is harder to make adjustments for pin quantities and making sure I have enough of everything.
If you happen to miss out on completing the survey or correction of payment within this window, it does forfeit your pledge. From this point, you would have to wait and see what is available in retail after the campaign is completed and sent out for a chance make your to purchase..

Pin colors and finishes
Pins will be made to match the closest possible pantone color to the artwork, however perfect matches aren’t always possible.
Depending on on the finish of the pin the enamel may appear slightly Matte or dull( with brushed or matte metal for example. This will also change the appearance of glitter!)

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
